AI Applications Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance legal workflows, the full-time AI Applications Engineer will design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications, working in a hybrid schedule or fully remote within a firm-approved U.S. state, while collaborating with stakeholders to translate complex legal needs into scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI-driven web applications using JavaScript, .NET, and Python
• Develop and optimize prompts and context management strategies for large language model applications
• Integrate AI model APIs and RESTful services into firm applications while ensuring security and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
• Minimum of three (3) years of web application development using JavaScript, .NET, and Python
• Hands-on experience building LLM/GenAI applications, including RAG and prompt engineering
• Experience with Azure cloud services and on-premises deployment
• Strong understanding of RAG architecture and prompt engineering techniques
