Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with a PhD or 4+ years of relevant experience without a PhD
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI
• Proven ability to design and run AI experiments independently
• Expert-level prompting skills with demonstrable improvements in AI outputs
• Ability to design creative AI architectures to address high-level business problems
