AI Architect

Job Summary

To support the development of a cutting-edge loyalty platform, the full-time remote AI Architect will own product capabilities from architectural decisions to production outcomes, manage AI agents, and drive the Agent Development Life Cycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a product capability end to end, shaping client engagement for millions of users through architectural decisions and production outcomes
• Build and ship mission-critical AI agents that drive revenue growth across various sectors, ensuring robust and scalable systems in production
• Define and drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC), setting standards for the development, testing, evaluation, and improvement of AI agents

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years of technical direction ownership
• Proven ability to manage a product domain from definition through to production operation
• Experience with AI-powered systems in production, including LLM integration and orchestration
• Strong systems design and architectural judgment across distributed systems and data pipelines
• Fluent use of AI coding tools as a primary method of work
