AI Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Architect to connect product management and customer-facing teams, driving growth through AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Articulate and demonstrate the value of AI capabilities to customers and prospects
• Design and prototype innovative AI use cases and solution patterns
• Support pre-sales activities, including technical discovery and product demonstrations

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, including ML, NLU/NLP, and advanced prompt engineering
• Ability to deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations
• Experience partnering with sales teams to provide AI-focused technical solutions
• Expertise in integrating AI solutions with customer technology ecosystems
• Strong understanding of Genesys architecture components and their interaction with AI capabilities
