AI Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Architect to connect product management and customer-facing teams while driving sales growth through AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Articulate and demonstrate the value of Genesys AI capabilities to customers and prospects
• Design and prototype innovative AI use cases and solutions that showcase the value of Genesys AI
• Support pre-sales activities including technical discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations

Required Qualifications:

• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning in the rapidly evolving AI field
• Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies such as ML, NLU/NLP, and advanced prompt engineering
• Proven ability to create and deliver engaging technical demonstrations and presentations
• Experience partnering with sales teams to provide AI-focused technical solutions
• Strong understanding of Genesys architecture components and their interaction with AI capabilities
