Job Summary

AI Architect, a full-time role focused on designing and developing AI-powered implementation solutions to enhance customer delivery processes through automation and optimization of ServiceNow configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agent workflows that autonomously generate ServiceNow configurations and implementation plans
• Lead prompt engineering and AI quality optimization to ensure high-quality outputs and adherence to standards
• Integrate AI solutions with professional services delivery and automate workflows for seamless operations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting in enterprise software environments
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with large language models, prompt engineering, and AI agent development
• Strong understanding of professional services delivery operations and engagement workflows
• Experience with API design, system integration, and building data pipelines
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript used in AI development
