Job Summary

AI Architect, a full-time position, is responsible for designing and developing AI-powered implementation solutions that automate customer engagements and enhance delivery speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build AI agent workflows for generating ServiceNow configurations and implementation artifacts
• Lead prompt engineering and quality optimization efforts for AI outputs
• Integrate AI solutions with professional services workflows and ensure seamless automation across platforms

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting in enterprise software
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with large language models and AI agent development
• Expertise in prompt engineering techniques and professional services delivery operations
• Experience with API design, system integration, and data pipeline development
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
