Job Summary

AI Architect, a full-time position focused on designing and optimizing AI-powered implementation solutions to enhance customer delivery processes through automation and integration of AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agent workflows for generating ServiceNow configurations and implementation artifacts
• Lead prompt engineering and quality optimization to ensure AI outputs meet enterprise standards
• Integrate AI solutions with professional services delivery and automate testing and validation workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with large language models and prompt engineering
• Strong understanding of professional services delivery operations
• Experience with API design and system integration
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
