AI Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Sr. Delivery Acceleration AI Architect will design, develop, and optimize AI-powered autonomous implementation solutions to enhance customer implementations, focusing on building AI agents that automate ServiceNow configurations and accelerate deployment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build AI agent workflows that autonomously generate ServiceNow configurations and implementation plans from customer requirements
• Serve as a subject matter expert in prompt engineering techniques and continuously optimize AI performance through systematic evaluation and refinement
• Integrate AI solutions with professional services workflows, ensuring alignment with engagement processes and enhancing delivery automation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting in enterprise software environments
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with large language models, prompt engineering, and AI agent development
• Strong understanding of professional services delivery operations and how engagements are scoped and executed
• Experience with API design, system integration, and building data pipelines for enterprise workflows
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar programming languages used in AI development
