AI Architect

Job Summary

To support the development of an agentic loyalty platform, the full-time AI Architect will manage product capabilities end to end, build mission-critical AI agents for various industries, and define the standards for AI agent development while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a product capability from architectural decisions to production outcomes, impacting user engagement for millions
• Build and deploy scalable AI agents that drive revenue growth across sectors like finance and healthcare
• Define the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC), establishing standards for agent development, testing, and improvement

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2 years of technical leadership
• Proven experience managing a product domain from inception to production
• Experience with deploying AI-powered systems, including LLM integration and orchestration
• Strong architectural judgment in distributed systems, APIs, and data pipelines
• Fluent use of AI coding tools as a primary working method
