AI Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on AI Architect, the full-time remote position will deliver technical designs and implementations of internal AI tools, transforming vague business problems into reliable, secure AI software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI integrations that securely interact with core platforms like Salesforce and Zendesk
• Write production-ready code and manage robust retrieval augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance AI response accuracy
• Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities that align with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Python and API design (REST)
• 2+ years of experience building LLM-powered applications or agents using frameworks like LangChain or ADK
• Experience with vector databases and processing unstructured text
• Hands-on experience deploying services on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proven experience integrating custom applications with SaaS platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, or Zendesk
