AI Architect

Job Summary

Leading the development of enterprise AI strategies, the full-time AI Architect will define and manage the architecture vision, design production AI systems, and ensure compliance with security standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and own the enterprise AI architecture vision, establishing technical direction and design standards across all AI initiatives
• Architect and lead the delivery of production AI systems, including multi-agent orchestration platforms and LLM-powered workflows
• Lead complex, multi-team AI programs from stakeholder alignment through delivery and adoption, ensuring measurable business outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• 12+ years in enterprise software architecture, with at least 2 years in production AI/ML or LLM-based systems
• Proven track record in leading large, complex enterprise AI programs with measurable business outcomes
• Expertise in AWS services and full-stack AI architecture, including data pipelines and LLM orchestration
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience, mentoring senior engineers and managing cross-functional relationships
