Job Summary

Seeking a visionary Agentic AI Architect for a full-time remote position to design and implement advanced multi-agent systems using Google Gemini Enterprise, focusing on creating intelligent workflows that enhance customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of voice and digital AI self-service solutions for large contact centers
• Architect complex autonomous workflows utilizing Reasoning and Acting frameworks to address client needs
• Serve as the primary technical authority for Google GECX projects, translating high-level architecture into technical designs

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of overall architect experience
• 4+ years of expertise with Dialogflow CX and 2+ years with Google Cloud CCAI/CES
• Deep knowledge of Gemini AI and grounding techniques for Enterprise CX
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and complex backend data integrations
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Google Professional Cloud Architect or Machine Learning Engineer certification is a plus
