AI Architect

Job Summary

As a key member of the AI Services Platform Team, the remote TDP Architect - AI will lead the development and delivery of innovative AI service offerings, engage with customers to define implementation objectives, and ensure seamless service delivery continuity while driving strategic initiatives in a highly visible role.

Key Responsibilities

• Evangelize and scope AI offerings by collaborating with field and AI Specialist teams to deliver high-value solutions
• Pioneer first-of-a-kind AI solutions that shape future service offerings and go-to-market strategies
• Drive delivery continuity between sales solutioning and execution, ensuring successful implementation for customers

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the Red Hat AI product portfolio and its application to modern business challenges
• Expertise in designing and implementing complex service solutions that contribute to revenue growth
• Proven experience in consultative selling and developing tailored AI solutions for complex business challenges
• Strong skills in technical requirements gathering and translating them into actionable plans
• Ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences, including C-level executives
