AI Architect

Job Summary

Leading the development of high-impact AI platforms for healthcare applications, the full-time remote AI Architect will design and implement scalable AI architectures, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop AI platforms to support healthcare-specific language and data processing
• Serve as the primary technical authority on AI platform development and mentor junior engineers
• Implement model evaluation frameworks and ensure compliance with healthcare privacy regulations

Required Qualifications

• Master's in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field with 10+ years of experience, or 15+ years of software engineering experience in AI/ML
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML libraries
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and advanced model routing techniques
• Deep expertise in building enterprise-grade retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
• Strong background with cloud platforms and MLOps practices
