AI Architect for Testing

Job Summary

Leading the AI strategy for QA and testing, the contract AI Architect for Testing will work remotely to design AI-enabled testing solutions, guide tool selection, and mentor teams on AI-assisted practices over a duration of 12+ months.

Key responsibilities:

• Define the AI vision and architecture for the testing function and identify areas for AI improvement
• Design and implement AI-enabled frameworks for various testing types, including functional and performance testing
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed AI into CI/CD workflows and establish AI governance standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in software testing, QA automation, or test architecture
• 3+ years of experience designing or implementing AI/ML or GenAI solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with programming languages and tools such as Python, Java, Selenium, and Jira
• Knowledge of test analytics, data pipelines, and observability/log analysis tools
