AI Architect for Workday Transformation

Job Summary

As the technical visionary for our Workday AI Transformation practice, the full-time AI Architect for Workday Transformation will define and execute the architectural vision for agentic AI and LLMs within enterprise HR and Finance environments, conducting client assessments and hands-on configurations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define the architectural vision for agentic AI and integrate ecosystem solutions across complex client environments
• Lead AI readiness assessments and configure Workday-native AI capabilities during client engagements
• Design AI-driven assets and automate consulting workflows to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the Workday ecosystem with a focus on technical and functional architecture
• Proven background in consulting and professional services, particularly in client delivery and solution architecture
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday directly
• Strong understanding of applied agentic systems and LLMs, including deployment and maintenance of AI tools
• Experience conducting assessments and translating findings into actionable recommendations for executives
