AI Architect - Workday
Job Summary
To define architecture and technical strategy for AI and automation solutions within the Workday practice, the full-time remote AI Architect - Workday Transformation will design and integrate Workday AI capabilities, conduct assessments, and implement AI features for client engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Design and integrate Workday AI capabilities and automation solutions
- Conduct AI readiness assessments of Workday environments and business processes
- Develop governance and compliance standards for enterprise AI deployments
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Workday experience across relevant modules
- Strong expertise in Workday architecture and solution design
- Experience with AI technologies and governance concepts
- Proven background in consulting and enterprise solution delivery
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused recommendations
