Job Summary

To define and deliver the architecture of Lenovo's next-generation AI ecosystem, the full-time remote Head of AI Architecture & Innovation will manage the software development cycle of AI experiences, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable features across devices while mentoring senior engineers and guiding cross-team architectural alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the architecture across the full software development and delivery cycle of AI experiences
• Ensure AI features are performant, secure, and privacy-conscious across millions of devices
• Drive cross-team architectural alignment and mentor senior engineers to enhance technical depth

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering and architecture experience delivering large-scale, production-grade systems
• Experience architecting cross-device runtimes with cloud integration
• Expertise in designing complex distributed systems and cloud-native platforms
• Strong knowledge of the full AI stack and hybrid AI architectures
• Proven track record of shipping AI-driven or distributed software systems at scale
