AI Architecture Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of architects, the full-time remote Manager, Platform & AI Architecture will define and evolve the platform and AI architecture strategy while establishing standards and guiding the design of automation and AI-enabled solutions across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Business Process teams to identify opportunities for automation and define architectural approaches
• Establish architecture principles, standards, and patterns to guide the design and implementation of solutions
• Mentor and develop architects, fostering strong architectural thinking and design quality across solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in technology roles focused on platform or enterprise architecture
• Proven experience defining and implementing architecture strategies and governance processes
• Experience enabling automation and AI capabilities through architecture design
• Strong understanding of architecture frameworks and platform-based solution design
