Required Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Psychometrics, Educational Measurement, or a related field
• Experience in designing and delivering high-stakes assessments
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows for assessment content generation
• Strong expertise in evidence-centered design and psychometrics
• Ability to manage complex assessment projects and collaborate with stakeholders
