Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI & Automation Analyst to enhance internal automation and AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to identify, document, prioritize, and build automation opportunities
• Create process maps and structured documentation to guide technical implementation
• Prototype or configure simple automations and maintain automation inventory

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, business systems, or automation platforms
• Proven ability to analyze, document, and improve complex workflows
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Workato
• Working knowledge of APIs, authentication, and access controls
• Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems and integration architecture
