Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time AI Automation Analyst will design and implement AI-driven workflows to automate routine service delivery tasks while collaborating with product, engineering, and service execution teams to enhance efficiency and scalability in the capital equipment sector.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate AI-driven workflows and agents for automating service delivery tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate manual processes suitable for automation
- Prototype and iterate automation solutions, measuring their impact and refining based on real workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, computer science, business analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience

- Hands-on experience building AI models, agents, or automation tools
- Ability to understand and improve workflows through automation
