AI Automation and Data Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time AI Automation and Data Specialist, this fully remote position will manage and enhance automation processes and data management systems using tools like Power BI, Python, SQL, and various SaaS applications to streamline operations and improve team efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and maintain Power BI dashboards and underlying data systems, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement
• Oversee the monthly margin and quarterly profit share processes, coordinating and validating complex data across multiple sources
• Build and maintain automations across the company to enhance workflows and reduce friction in various departments

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI automations and data in a B2B business environment
• Expertise in Power BI or equivalent, including experience with data pipelines, Python, SQL, and DAX
• Proven experience in workflow automation using AI and low-code tools such as Zapier and Make
• Advanced Excel skills, including structured tables, pivot tables, and data validation
• Strong understanding of data governance and its impact on business processes
