Job Summary
Leading the strategy and development of AI-driven innovations, the full-time AI Automation Architect in Sales Operations will design and deploy intelligent automation solutions to enhance productivity and streamline processes across the Sales Operations organization while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the Sales Operations AI and Automation roadmap by identifying and delivering high-value AI use cases
- Analyze and redesign existing processes into automated workflows to improve scalability and productivity
- Architect and implement AI agents and intelligent automation solutions integrated with core business systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Technology-related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern application development technologies
- Proven experience designing AI-enabled workflows and intelligent automation solutions
- Hands-on experience building AI agents using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio or Azure AI
