Key Responsibilities

Build AI powered automations for core People workflows such as recruiting and onboarding
Translate defined workflow specs into built, tested, and deployed automations
Integrate automations with various tools and maintain them as People needs evolve

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to build and ship automations
Hands-on experience using AI tools for automating workflows
Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and basic data formats (JSON)
Experience with enterprise HR systems, preferably Workday
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
