AI Automation Builder

Job Summary

To support a growing People function, the full-time AI Automation Builder will build AI-powered automations for core HR workflows, translating workflow specifications into functional solutions while working remotely from anywhere in the continental US.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI powered automations for recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Translate defined workflow specs into built, tested, and deployed automations
• Integrate automations with existing tools such as Workday and Microsoft 365, and maintain them as People needs evolve

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build and ship automations using AI tools
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and basic data formats (JSON)
• Familiarity with no code/low code tools; light scripting experience (Python, JavaScript) is a plus
• Working knowledge of HR/People functions and enterprise HR systems (Workday preferred)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
