AI Automation Consultant
Job Summary
Joining the Client Services team, the full-time AI Automation Consultant will build, test, and deploy Digital Workers in Maisa Studio, ensuring successful implementation and handover to operations in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Implement Digital Worker configurations and integrations based on technical specifications
- Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and certify Digital Workers meet defined KPIs before go-live
- Manage go-live deployment and provide comprehensive documentation for operational teams
Required qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in automation development or technical implementation roles
- Hands-on experience with APIs and integrations in a delivery context
- Ability to learn new platforms quickly and work across multiple tools
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
