AI Automation Developer

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency and decision support, the full-time AI Automation & Intelligent Workflow Developer III will design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI automation solutions and intelligent workflows, leveraging advanced technologies such as Large Language Models and AI agents, while collaborating with various organizational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and workflows to automate complex business processes and operational tasks
• Build intelligent workflow solutions using orchestration frameworks and develop AI-enabled solutions for autonomous information gathering and analysis
• Partner with stakeholders to translate operational challenges into effective automation and AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in software development, automation, or enterprise integrations
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and intelligent automation solutions
• Proven experience in implementing automation solutions that deliver measurable business value
• Advanced Python and SQL development skills for data processing and integration
