AI Automation Enablement Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Automation Enablement Service Team Lead to lead the design and implementation of AI-assisted automation and DevSecOps capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, and deployment of AI-enabled automation frameworks
• Architect and oversee CI/CD pipelines with integrated automated testing and security scanning
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to standardize and secure cloud provisioning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years leading DevSecOps, automation engineering, or cloud modernization programs
• Expertise in CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates
• Strong AWS experience, including familiarity with IAM, VPC, Lambda, ECS/EKS
