Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Automate support ticket triage, routing, classification, and deflection using LLMs and ML
Integrate AI into support platforms and standardize workflows globally across regions
Track and measure automation performance, iterating on systems based on feedback

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
4+ years of experience in automation engineering, support engineering, or software development
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI APIs for automation
Deep experience with at least one major support platform (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud)
Experience building and deploying conversational AI or chatbot systems
