AI Automation Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency and improve care quality for Medicare Advantage members, the full-time, fully remote AI Automation Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI systems and automated workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy production-grade AI and machine learning models for various healthcare applications
• Build and operate intelligent process automation solutions to streamline high-volume business processes
• Develop and maintain AI/ML data infrastructure and pipelines to support model training and real-time inference

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML or intelligent process automation
• Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience in a regulated industry, such as healthcare or insurance, with knowledge of compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks, along with knowledge of cloud AI/ML services
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
