AI Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Automation Engineer to identify, build, and scale AI-powered automation across internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapidly prototype MVPs using LLM APIs and workflow orchestration platforms to address business bottlenecks
• Develop production-grade internal applications and evolve successful prototypes into durable production systems
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and document automation patterns for long-term maintainability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development or software engineering with strong skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• 1+ years of hands-on experience building LLM-backed tools involving prompt engineering and API integration
• Demonstrated experience with orchestration/agent frameworks and familiarity with RAG architectures
• Experience with workflow and integration platforms and cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform or comparable services
• Knowledge of data security practices relevant to AI and experience with BigQuery and advanced SQL for data analysis
