AI Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT & AI Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered internal workflows to reduce manual work across departments
• Own the administration and optimisation of core SaaS tools and manage identity and access controls
• Take ownership of workstreams end-to-end, ensuring clear documentation and proactive stakeholder engagement

Required Qualifications

• Coding ability in Python and/or JavaScript for automation scripts and integrations
• Solid foundation in IT systems administration, SaaS management, and APIs
• Hands-on curiosity about AI tools and LLM-based workflows
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Jira, Notion, and automation tools
• Awareness of InfoSec basics, including SSO and RBAC
