Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT & AI Automation Engineer to manage internal systems and develop automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain AI-powered workflows to minimize manual tasks across departments
Administer and optimize core SaaS applications while ensuring system reliability and security
Take ownership of workstreams, delivering projects efficiently and documenting processes for team use

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for writing and maintaining automation scripts
Strong foundation in IT systems administration and SaaS management
Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows, including personal or open-source projects
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Jira, Notion, and related platforms
Understanding of information security principles, including SSO and RBAC
