AI Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT & AI Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize LLM-based tools to build and maintain prompt-driven workflows that automate tasks
• Write and maintain automation scripts in Python and/or JavaScript, and support integration of internal tools
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks and support incident handling within the IT operations

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in an IT, operations, or technical support role
• Working knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript for scripting tasks
• Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform (e.g., Make, n8n, Zapier)
• Active use of AI tools in personal or professional projects
• Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision and overlap with US business hours
