Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT & AI Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize LLM-based tools to create and maintain prompt-driven workflows that minimize manual effort
• Write and manage automation scripts in Python and/or JavaScript, and integrate internal tools using APIs
• Support day-to-day IT operations, including access provisioning, troubleshooting, and incident handling

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in IT, operations, or technical support roles
• Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript for scripting tasks
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms like Make, n8n, or Zapier
• Active usage of AI tools in personal or professional projects
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
