Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Automation Engineer (RPA & Agent Development).

Key Responsibilities

Lead migration of legacy RPA solutions into agent-based architectures
Design and develop AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph and Strands
Build and deploy agent workflows on AWS, integrating with enterprise systems

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or related roles
Strong background in RPA technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
Hands-on experience with AWS services including Bedrock, Lambda, and Step Functions
Proven experience building or working with LLM-powered agents
Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript
