Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI and Automation Engineer (Workato) to join their IT Business Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities

Build AI-enabled tools, agents, and workflows to enhance employee productivity and operational efficiency
Support the design and delivery of cross-application automation and identify high-impact automation opportunities
Partner with business teams to implement and manage AI and automation use cases aligned with operational needs

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience with automation platforms, integrations, or related technologies, including Workato
Hands-on experience building or deploying AI solutions
Experience delivering technical projects in a team environment
Ability to integrate AI into automated workflows across multiple systems
Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or Jira is a plus
