AI Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on AI Automation Engineer, this full-time remote position will design, build, and optimize integrations, automations, and AI-driven workflows, focusing on the Workato automation stack and enhancing enterprise data operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Workato recipes and integrations for core platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Slack
• Develop and automate ELT/ETL processes to support BI Analytics and AI retrieval across various datasets
• Implement data governance practices and maintain technical documentation for integration and automation processes

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in integration, automation, AI, or software engineering, with at least 1 year in Workato
• Proven expertise with Enterprise iPaaS, specifically Workato or similar platforms
• Hands-on experience in ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and programming languages such as Python or Ruby
• Familiarity with vector databases and AI/ML concepts in enterprise environments
• Experience using GitHub for version control and Jira for work tracking
