AI Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Leading internal AI enablement and automation initiatives, the full-time AI Automation Engineer & Enablement Lead will design, develop, and optimize scalable AI-powered systems and workflows while working remotely within the Eastern or Central time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, implement, and maintain scalable AI-powered automations and workflow solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Evaluate and recommend AI and automation tools, ensuring alignment with business value and operational impact
• Develop and deliver training programs to improve AI fluency and promote responsible AI usage across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or systems integration
• Demonstrated experience in designing and maintaining workflow automations and scalable technical solutions
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, APIs, and AI-enabled technologies
• Experience developing training materials or enablement programs for diverse user technical levels preferred
