AI Automation Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time remote AI Automation Engineer focused on Latin America, the successful candidate will design and implement intelligent automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency across various departments, leveraging AI and integration tools to streamline processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deploy automation workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve accuracy in back-office functions
• Leverage AI and modern automation tools to address operational challenges and enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver tailored solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automation engineering or process automation, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth environment
• Proficiency with automation platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier), scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript), and API integrations
• Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, and common business systems (HRIS, ERP)
• Strong analytical skills to design scalable solutions for complex processes
• Excellent communication skills to partner with non-technical stakeholders and translate needs into technical requirements
