AI Automation Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Customer Education team, the full-time AI Automation Engineer will build and maintain AI agents and automation pipelines for Harvey Academy and the help center, ensuring seamless content creation and publishing in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI agents using LLM APIs to automate content creation, review, and publishing workflows
• Own and optimize the learning technology stack, ensuring reliability and extensibility
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in content operations through automation solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or automation engineering with API integration expertise
• Proficiency with modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and LLM-powered workflows
• Track record of supporting production systems, including LMS or CMS platforms
• Strong ability to operate autonomously and translate business needs into technical solutions
