AI Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time AI Automation Engineer will design, build, and scale AI agents and automation solutions to enhance customer interactions and improve operational efficiency within the Client Experience organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation workflows for Client Experience use cases
• Develop multi-step automation solutions that integrate with internal systems using APIs
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and execute high-impact AI and automation opportunities

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a technical role within the technology industry
• Hands-on experience building or implementing AI and automation solutions
• Experience working with APIs and integrating systems in a production environment
• Strong understanding of AI applications in real-world business scenarios
• Ability to deliver projects from concept through execution while collaborating cross-functionally
