AI Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on AI Automation Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for partnering with business groups to identify AI and automation opportunities, designing and delivering AI-driven applications and workflows, and implementing workflow automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business groups to assess AI and automation feasibility and prioritize projects
• Design and configure AI-driven applications and workflows for internal and client use
• Implement workflow automation using RPA, scripting, and low code/no code tools to streamline processes

Required qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows or automation solutions
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools or platforms such as Glean or Microsoft Copilot
• Demonstrated experience with process automation and integrating systems via APIs
• Solid software or scripting background, preferably in Python, for building production-oriented workflows
