AI Automation Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time AI Automation Engineer will design and build intelligent automation systems, lead client projects, and integrate business systems remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows for sales, marketing, and operations
- Lead client automation projects, developing comprehensive AI automation roadmaps
- Build integrations connecting diverse business systems using tools like Zapier and Make.com
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building production automation systems with proven business impact
- Expert-level proficiency with Zapier and/or Make.com, including complex workflows and API integrations
- Strong hands-on experience with AI/LLM APIs such as Claude API and OpenAI
- Proven ability to integrate diverse business systems via APIs, particularly HubSpot and Google Workspace
- Solid technical foundation in REST APIs, webhooks, JSON data manipulation, and workflow architecture
