AI Automation Engineer
Job Summary
To support transformative initiatives, the fully remote AI Automation Engineer will design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that enhance operational and clinical workflows while collaborating with stakeholders and integrating AI technologies across various platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement automation solutions for operational and clinical workflows, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to integrate machine learning and AI agents into workflows, identifying opportunities for enhancement
- Monitor and optimize production automations, troubleshooting issues and ensuring high availability and performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in process automation, software engineering, data science, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in relevant roles with knowledge of Microsoft Ecosystem and AI/Automation platforms
- Proficiency in programming with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Experience with data integration and API standards, including REST and authentication protocols
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and DevOps practices
