AI Automation Engineer
Job Summary
To build and scale enterprise AI automation and agentic workflows, the contract AI Automation Engineer will work remotely, leveraging strong Python skills and hands-on experience with LLMs and multi-agent frameworks to develop integrations and support various AI use cases.
Key responsibilities
- Build AI agents and workflows using LLMs, MCP, tool calling, and agentic frameworks
- Develop Python-based integrations with ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Zabbix, and GCP
- Implement AI observability, guardrails, and data-quality controls while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of software/backend engineering, API, data, or AIOps experience
- 1-2+ years of hands-on LLM/AI application experience
- Strong Python development skills
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Zabbix, or GCP is highly preferred
