Job Summary
Partnering directly with the Head of People, the full-time remote People AI & Automation Engineer will identify, design, and build AI-powered workflows to enhance People Operations by automating manual processes and integrating intelligent systems.
Key responsibilities
- Identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation within People Operations
- Build scalable AI-first onboarding experiences and automated People workflows
- Integrate AI systems with existing tools and develop internal interfaces to streamline processes
Required qualifications
- Experience in software engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with AI technologies and automation tools
- Understanding of People Operations or HR systems
- Ability to prototype and iterate based on user feedback
- Knowledge of integration with tools such as HRIS and internal communication platforms
