Job Summary

Leading a distributed engineering team, the full-time Manager, AI & Automation Engineering will oversee the design and delivery of production-ready AI solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring high-quality implementation in a remote environment during EST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of AI-powered business solutions from concept through production
• Partner with business stakeholders to define implementation roadmaps and understand priorities
• Develop and manage a high-performing offshore engineering team focused on accountability and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions
• Proven experience leading engineering or technical delivery teams
• Strong background in cloud-native software, APIs, automation, and integration solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
